GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF RESEARCH PAPER
RESEARCH PAPER GUIDELINES
Those interested to submit a research paper for oral presentation with topics focusing on any of the areas of the Multidisciplinary International Research Conference, please follow the Guidelines for Submission of Full Paper:
- Title/ Author/s, Contact Number /Email Address (Corresponding Author)
- ABSTRACT (200-300 words, with 3-5 Keywords), single spaced, Times New Roman, font 11
- FULL PAPER (not more than 6 pages, letter size)
- Soft copy of Abstract and Full Paper in word file to be submitted online
- Include the following:
- Title of Study (Maximum of 15 words)
- Name of Institution
- E-mail address of author/s
- Name of person to present
- Keywords (not more than 3-5) typed 3 lines below the last line of Abstract
- Research Paper (not more than 6 pages, letter size)
GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PRESENTERS
BEFORE THE PRESENTATION
- Prepare power point presentations in 8-10 slides to include the following:
- Title
- Author(s) and Affiliation
- Methodology
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusions
- Recommendations
- Cited References
- The PowerPoint presentation should use concise, bullet-point summaries and avoid lengthy text. Include relevant visuals such as tables, graphs, or images.
- Be in business attire
- Be at the venue at least 5 minutes before the start of the presentation and present yourself to the facilitator.
PRESENTATION PROPER
- Parallel sessions shall start on time, as scheduled.
- If the first presenter is not around for the first presentation, the next in line will present, and the late presenter will take the last slot.
- Presenters are given a maximum of 25 minutes to present their paper.
- Two facilitators are assigned for each session: Facilitator 1 shall be assigned to facilitate the flow of the Presentation; Facilitator 2 shall serve as time keeper.
- After all the presentations, inquiries/comments coming from the participants of the parallel session will be entertained.
- Presenters are expected to respond to questions direct to the point.
- After all presentations, the Facilitators shall present the Certificate of Appreciation to each Presenter.

Submission of Paper: on or before 15 January 2026
Notice of Acceptance: 3-5 days after submission
Registration: 15 January 2026
