FCIC CTE Unveils Its First-Ever Logo in Celebration of 57 Years of Excellence

August 8, 2024 – FCIC College of Teacher Education has marked a significant milestone in its history by unveiling its first-ever logo. This unveiling coincides with the celebration of the College’s 57th anniversary, symbolizing a new chapter in its enduring legacy of academic excellence and dedication to nurturing future educators.

Since its establishment, the FCIC College of Teacher Education has been synonymous with producing educators who are passionate about shaping young minds and fostering a lifelong love for learning. The introduction of this logo represents a unified and recognizable identity for the college for the first time in its storied history.

The new logo was designed by Mr. Dellio Belmores, the Program Head of the College of Teacher Education in the Academic Year 2024-2025. It was carefully reviewed and noted by Dr. Maria Victoria Gonzaga, Dean of the College of Teacher Education, and Sister Amor Dapunan, OSF, the Vice-President for Academic Affairs. The design received final approval from the school president, Sister Mary Michael G. Bactong, OSF, on August 7, 2024.

The new logo is rich with symbolism, reflecting the college’s mission, values, and vision for the future. Key elements of the design includes the Acronym “FCIC”, Tau Cross, Mother Mary, Vines, Book, Pen, and Flame.

The unveiling of this logo marks a significant milestone in the history of the FCIC College of Teacher Education. It serves as a testament to the college’s enduring legacy and its dedication to moving forward together, reflecting on a remarkable journey from humble beginnings to becoming a renowned institution.
