This merit, awarded by the Professional Criminologists Association of the Philippines (PCAP) through its Regional Director, Dr. Eleazar S. Balbada, was based on the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) results. FCIC’s impressive 57.14% passing rate surpassed the national average of 49.34%, highlighting its excellence in Criminal Justice Education.
