Sister Maria Isabel Arnaiz, OSF, School Registrar at the Franciscan College of the Immaculate Conception, Baybay, Leyte Incorporated (FCIC), participated in the Eastern Visayas Registrars Association of Higher Education Institutions (EVRAHEI) General Assembly 2024. The regional meeting took place on July 25, 2024, at Burauen Community College, Burauen, Leyte.
