As part of our commitment to their ongoing success, FCIC has established the ‘Pathways to Education Program.’ This initiative is designed to assist students equipped with a strong desire to excel, leveraging both their academic and soft skills. The program provides comprehensive support, including academic coaching, scholarships, psycho-social support, career/job placement assistance, and economic enterprise development.

Our vision for the Pathways to Education Program is clear: to produce graduates who are not only academically proficient but also responsible leaders and citizens. We aim to empower them to make positive contributions to the improvement of human conditions and deepen their commitment to social transformation.

FCICians, as our alumni are affectionately known, carry motivational and inspiring stories of success—each unique and worth retelling. Life, triumph, and metamorphosis are common themes that echo through these narratives.
