FCIC administrators and coordinators joined the February 27, 2026 seminar-workshop “Designing Effective Interventions: Using Response to Intervention (RTI) to Improve Student Outcomes,” organized by Global Resources for Assessment Curriculum and Evaluation in partnership with Phoenix Publishing House, strengthening data-driven, RTI-based strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.

FCIC successfully conducted its In-House Work Immersion Program for Grade 12 students across STEM, ABM, TVL, and HUMSS strands, providing hands-on, strand-aligned experiences in robotics, entrepreneurship, and social advocacy—strengthening academic competence, practical skills, and holistic formation.

FCIC teachers joined a textbook promotional seminar at Maayo Hotel, Cebu, gaining insights on updated materials for Science, Math, Languages, and more. Through interactive breakout sessions, educators prepared to integrate the Matatag Curriculum with engaging, holistic learning approaches effectively together.

Teachers and school leaders attended a Phoenix Publishing House seminar on anchoring teaching and learning in the age of AI, emphasizing ethical integration, the enduring role of textbooks, and using AI as a partner that strengthens—rather than replaces—critical thinking.

FCIC’s Guidance Department conducted a Career Guidance session for Grade 10 students, helping them understand the Strengthened Senior High School Curriculum, explore electives, and make informed, confident decisions as they prepare for their Senior High School journey ahead this year.

FCIC Grade 10 students took part in a meaningful Career Day that helped them explore career options, understand Senior High School tracks, discover personal strengths, and make informed decisions through talks, workshops, assessments, and interactive activities with guidance and inspiration.

FCIC students from CTE, CCJE, and CMW joined the TARA, BASA! orientation, embracing roles as tutors and youth workers. Guided by DSWD partners, the program promotes service, literacy, and hope while empowering communities and nurturing compassionate, socially responsible future educators.
