Baybay City, Philippines – December 27, 2024 – The Franciscan College of the Immaculate Conception (FCIC) participated in the 13th Binaybayon Festival on December 26, 2024, at the Baybay City Grandstand. This year’s event, dedicated to Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception, marked FCIC’s debut in the celebration of Baybay City’s rich culture and natural beauty.

The festivities began with a lively street dancing competition, where FCIC showcased their talent amid a colorful display of costumes that reflected local culture. The performers captivated the audience, receiving cheers and applause as they danced through the streets.

Sister Mary Michael, the School President, stated, “Although the event was a competition, our true purpose was to dance in honor of the Immaculate Conception, after whom our school was named, celebrating the many blessings the FCIC community has received over the years.” This message of gratitude resonated throughout the festival.
